I forgot how much I love pasta
This is my first time doing "dark" photography and I think it turned out okaayy but if I had Lightroom, my photo would have turned out better.  With or without Lightroom, the star of the show is the pasta and it's all thanks to Jar Goods.

Coconut milk? Yes!
Jar Goods is New Jersey based company that makes tomato sauce; however, what sets them over the top is the high quality standard.  Their products are non GMO, vegan, and contain no artificial colors or preservatives.  Let me give you a background of their products so you can see how special this company is:
  • Classic Red = Kosher, thick, rich, and flavorful!  What more could you ask for?
  • Classic Spicy - A classic red sauce with a bit of heat
  • Classic Vodka - A ramped up red sauce featuring vodka and cream
  • Vegan Vodka - Suitable for vegans so everyone can enjoy
  • Beet and Basil Pesto - Unique, unexpected, and out of the ordinary

:D
Jar Goods started in 2013 but officially launched in September 2015 by Melissa and sister-in-law Laura Vitelli.  The basis of Jar Goods starts with real ingredients from the ground up and the love and passion for food and gardening.  First selling at farmers markets, Jar Goods expanded to the grocery markets.  Jar Goods attained a large success in a short time, which is very inspiring.  When I saw Jar Goods in the market, the design caught my eye as there's nothing like this in the market - look, quality, and taste wise.

Would a macro lens have been better? Hmm
For this pasta, you don't need a recipe, which I love!  It's so easy and comes together very quickly.  Cook your pasta and when it's done and still hot, stir in the tomato sauce.  In this case, I am using Jar Goods' Vegan Vodka Sauce, which is made with coconut milk.  It yields a very interesting flavor that will sure surprise you (in a good way, of course).  I then sprinkled on some vegan cheese, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and parsley.  I also think mint or basil would work well in this case too.

You can find Jar Goods at Roche Bros (New England area *yay*), New Seasons (OR), Whole Foods (nationwide), Central Market (TX), Stop & Shop and ShopRite (NorthEast), and Amazon.  Jar Goods is also available at other retailers; to find a Jar Goods near you, check out the "where to buy" section of their website.  Jar Goods is women-owned and available for media opportunities.  Also, check out their website for a $2 off coupon!

Bonus offer - to get 20% off your JG order, use the code "tiffitastes" Shipping rates apply and can only be used once per customer.
