If you haven't guessed by my posts, I like simple stuff and stuff includes food and recipes. I don't like to spend too much time preparing/cooking. Therefore, most of the stuff I like to prepare and cook at home are very easy and don't take that long to make. Enter, the broiler! I've always wanted a toaster oven because I see people on social media posting recipes using their toaster oven and it got me intrigued. I never used one or operated one until a few days ago and it's so easy and convenient! I got it from my aunt who got it for free from a gift card so that's the best part about it. Heating and warming up old fries and other foods is much better than using a microwave. I wanted to try to do nachos in my new toaster oven and it was a success! I love nachos because crunchy food rules and who doesn't love melted cheese? Nachos are fun because you get to customize them to however you want. I used shredded cheese, scallions, cilantro, roma tomatoes, and black beans. Other toppings include avocado, jalepeño, meat, and enchilada sauce. Assemble chips, cheese, and beans and place in toaster oven under the broiler function. Keep an eye on it as it only takes about 3 minutes to heat up. Top with remaining toppings and enjoy!
