Protein balls. I feel like they were the rage around some time last year. I would see them on Instagram and they looked really tasty. It never crossed my mind to eat or make protein balls because I was weary of the flavor since it's all raw. However, when I made this for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. They take no time at all and they're fun to make with whatever ingredients you like.
Recipe: - 1 cup rolled oats - 1/2 cup peanut butter - 1/3 cup honey - 1 T protein powder - 1/4 cup chocolate chips - 2 T flax meal (or flax seeds) - 2 T chia seeds - Coconut flakes *optional 1. Stir ingredients in bowl until everything is mixed well 2. Roll into balls and cover in coconut flakes, if desired 3. Cool or set before enjoying
